Boiled eggs not only have very nutritious properties for your health but also are a perfect ingredient for a rapid weight loss because eggs are a low-carbohydrate and as known that the low-carbohydrate are an effective element for losing fat quickly.

This diet is not a complicate diet but as any other diet restricts the consumption of salt, sugar, alcohol or soda. If you follow the diet properly, it will help you lose up to 18 pounds in only 2 weeks. Also, it prevents the yо-yo effect so you wоn’t regain your weight after you complete the diet.

If you include eggs, and vegetables and citric fruits, you will get a balanced diet. It will promote your overall health as well as it will help you lose weight without much struggle and hunger.

1st Week:

Here is the list for 2 weeks of boiled eggs diet

Monday:

  • Breakfast: 1x citric fruit and two boiled eggs.
  • Lunch: 2 x slices of wholemeal bread and fruit.

  • Dinner: Chicken meat with some big salad

Friday:

  • Breakfast: 1x citric fruit and two boiled eggs.
  • Lunch: Vegetables (steamed) and two eggs.
  • Dinner: Fish on a barbecue and a large salad.

Saturday:

  • Breakfast: 1x citric fruit and two boiled eggs.
  • Lunch: apple/banana.
  • Dinner: Chicken meat (steamed) with some salad.

Sunday:

  • Breakfast: 1x citric fruit and two boiled eggs.
  • Lunch: Chicken meat including tomato salad and vegetables (steamed).
  • Dinner: Vegetables (steamed).

2nd Week

Monday:

  • Breakfast: 1x citric fruit and two boiled eggs.
  • Lunch: Chicken with some salad
  • Dinner: 2x eggs, 1x orange and salad.

Tuesday:

  • Breakfast: 1x citric fruit and 2x eggs.
  • Lunch: Vegetables (steamed) and 2x eggs
  • Dinner: Fish on barbecue with some big salad.

Wednesday:

  • Breakfast: 1x citric fruit and two eggs.
  • Lunch: Chicken meat with some salad.
  • Dinner: Vegetable, 2 eggs, salad and 1x orange.

Thursday:

  • Breakfast: 1x citric fruit and 2x eggs.
  • Lunch: 2x eggs, cheese low in fat and steamed vegetables.
  • Dinner: Chicken meat (steamed) with some big salad.

Friday:

  • Breakfast: 1x citric fruit and 2x eggs.
  • Lunch: Tuna salad.
  • Dinner: 2x eggs with some salad.

Saturday:

  • Breakfast: 1x citric fruit and 2 eggs.
  • Lunch: Chicken meat with some salad.
  • Dinner: Fruits.

Sunday:

  • Breakfast: 1x citric fruit and 2x boiled eggs.
  • Lunch: Chicken meat and steamed vegetables.
  • Dinner: Repeat what you have for lunch.

Summary

This is a diet that is low in carbohydrates but make sure you see a doctor before you start with it. For better results, exercise for 30 minutes a day and there would be a positive outcome very soon.

It is crucial to have the needed intake of water. The water hydrates the body and nourished the cells so they are able to remove the harmful toxins. You should drink at least eight glasses of water a day.
